The PIERRE Wave (Zigbee 3.0, 2.4 GHz) system consists of the following components.

Required

1. PIERRE Wave products: switches, modules, sensors, thermostats and other devices. They connect wirelessly to the gateway.
2. Gateway: a PIERRE display and/or gateway. It links all PIERRE Wave devices and handles the communication with the app.

Optional

1. Smart PIERRE app: control and monitoring from a smartphone or tablet. Not required for basic operation.
2. Router: gives the gateway internet access for remote control.

Operation: the gateway connects to the router by Wi-Fi or LAN. PIERRE Wave products communicate wirelessly with the gateway in both directions: commands are sent and status updates are received through the Smart PIERRE app.

To power on the product, follow these three steps:

1. Slide down the rear cover to open it.

2. Remove the battery insulation film to power on the product

3. Press the reset button for 5s and release, the green LED will flash for network setting.

Install the product on a door or window with the main body fixed on the door or window frame (wooden doors and windows are recommended), as shown in the figure.

3. The installation position is for reference only. Use the 3M sticker to fix the product.

Note

• Do not install the product outdoors, on an unstable base or anywhere unprotected from rain.
• Do not place magnetic metals or other magnetic objects near the product. When fitting with the adhesive, make sure the surface is smooth, dry and clean.

Log in with your Username and Password
 

Open Settings and press "Add Wave I/O"
 

Press and hold the Reset Key for 5 seconds and the green LED will flash for network setting.

Press "Find Devices"
 

PIERRE application will show the list of available devices. Press "Add found devices"
 

Enter Name, Role and Group settings and Save it
 

When the Light indicator stops flashing, the PIERRE Wave pairing process is finished
